SOC (Security Operations Centre)
A SOC is a Security Operations Centre, this means
that our team proactively monitors the health of your systems to detect suspicious activity and take action quickly, think of a security guard in a control room watching your cameras.
Up until recently SOC services have only been an option for organisations with large security teams and big budgets but we are making this enterprise-level security affordable for growing businesses by providing a remote service with flexible options including the introduction of ‘light touch’ SOC service.
SIEM refers to Security Information and Event
Management and this is the information that is fed into the SOC, it is where we use tools to set cyber security rules and are alerted when those rules are broken. You already have SIEM tools in place that we can work with, if not, we would recommend Microsoft Azure Sentinel.
Managed SIEM
SIEM- Security Information and Event Management. This is where we use tools to set cyber security rules- which when broken, would be alerted. We can work with SIEM tools you already have in place however, if you do not currently have SIEM tools, we would recommend Microsoft Azure Sentinel.
Our light touch SOC service provides an expert set of eyes on monitoring your security tools. Many smaller organisations are not ready for a 24/7 security response capability – we work with you and allow to you to mature and grow when ready.
